Ollsoft integrated an AI module into the Medicalc Hospital Information System, automating administrative work across public hospitals. Voice recordings from examinations, surgeries, ward rounds, and ambulance visits are transcribed and converted into structured clinical documentation and FHIR records by the Olingo Medical LLM. Physical documents are digitised via Olingo OCR. The system is deployed as an air-gapped on-premise installation on dedicated GPU servers, ensuring full data sovereignty — patient data never leaves the hospital network.
